Welcome to C’est la Crêpe. By accessing our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 15 years of age to place an order through our store.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Product Specifications & Allergen Notice

  • All crepes are made using 100% gluten-free flour and sweetened with sugar-free stevia.

  • While we follow strict preparation standards, our items are prepared in a single kitchen environment. Please notify us of any severe allergies prior to placing an order.

3. Ordering & Delivery Boundaries

  • Delivery Zone: Our delivery services are strictly limited to El Tagamoa, New Cairo.

  • Zone Restrictions: Any order placed with a delivery address outside of El Tagamoa will be automatically canceled.

4. Payment Terms (InstaPay & Telda)

  • We accept payments via InstaPay and Telda.

  • Payment Window: Once an order is placed, you must transfer the full payment and send a screenshot of the confirmation via WhatsApp within 1 hour.

  • Automatic Cancellation: If payment proof is not received within 1 hour, your order will be automatically canceled.

5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following day.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling a same-day delivery for an order placed before 2:00 PM, we will contact you to reschedule. If the new time is inconvenient, you may request a full refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds for delayed or canceled orders will be issued back through InstaPay or Telda.

  • Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered. If there is a quality issue upon arrival, please contact us on the same day with a photo of the item.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cairo, Egypt.
